Description:	Where Luxury Finds Expression in Simplicity Nestled in the serene landscape of the Northern flat terrains, the Courtyard House, a private residential villa, weaves a unique story around modern luxury. The design celebrities the endoskeleton core and does not force concealing overlays onto the structural frameworks. Contrary to widespread notions of luxury being a polished frontage, the design of this residence uncloaks itself bare. Balancing the Orderly Characteristics with the Free-flowing Nuances Characterised by uncomplicated lines and monitored geometric forms of the facade, an overarching sense of order and symmetry is woven into the design as symmetry and order. A strong equilibrium is created when the muted exposed concrete shell plays with the lush and vivid green elements. The monotony of the exposed concrete or the imprecision of the free-minded green patches may not work in isolation, but the careful proportionality here archives the right dynamic.
