Description:	Cavities 004 is a masterclass in playful yet purposeful editorial graphic design. Featuring 23 chefs and 23 cookie recipes, the issue is united by a dynamic visual language that mirrors the progression of the content. A clever flip gradient—from warm yellow to cool blue—visually signals the shift from simple to technical bakes, guiding the reader through the journey. Cohesive color application across text, images, graphics, and backgrounds creates a harmonious reading experience, while circular silhouettes subtly echo the form of cookies, grounding the design in its theme. Handwritten notes and annotations inject warmth, personality, and an editorial intimacy that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Thoughtful photo editing ensures visual interest without overpowering the recipes themselves, maintaining clarity and focus.
