Description:	Set within a functioning factory warehouse in Gurugram, the new office for Padmini VNA reimagines an industrial shell as a layered, dynamic workspace. A mezzanine bisects the double-height volume, enabling efficient spatial planning while preserving a sense of openness. At its heart, open workstations are framed by cabins, meeting rooms, and breakout zones - spaces that shift between collaboration and quiet focus. Rather than conceal the building’s industrial bones, the design works with them. The mezzanine remains exposed, while the reception opens to the full height of the original shell. This interplay of expansive and compressed volumes brings a spatial rhythm to the experience. A restrained material palette reflects the company’s values of efficiency and sustainability. Light fills the space by day through large openings, with custom lighting thoughtfully tuned for both function and feeling. Breakout areas offer moments of pause without detachment. Booths on the lower level and a mezzanine lounge above are furnished with solid timber, textured fabrics, and artwork by emerging Indian designers. Throughout, W-shaped terracotta screens serve as porous partitions - defining space without enclosing it. Together, these elements shape a tactile, cohesive environment that feels at once industrial and inviting.
